Doric Paraflow. A fresh perspective for West Malaysia

Trend Thermal is a new dealer for Doric Paraflow dual-blade glass louvres in West Malaysia.

We are excited to announce that Trend Thermal Windows & Doors Sdn Bhd has become an official dealer for Doric Paraflow glass louvres across Peninsular Malaysia..

For homeowners and architects seeking effective natural ventilation, Paraflow brings a distinctive dual-blade approach to modern window design. Consequently, our team enthusiastically welcomes enquiries about integrating this innovative product into your upcoming residential and architectural projects.

Two blades. One considered opening

At the heart of the system, Paraflow places two offset glass blades into each clip. As a result, this smart arrangement creates an insulating air buffer between the inner and outer blades whenever the louvres are closed.

Additionally, the manufacturer offers both manual and motorised control options within the range. Therefore, you can easily select the ideal configuration based on your specific project requirements. Ultimately, it serves as an excellent system to explore whenever a design brief combines natural daylight, adjustable airflow, and a carefully detailed façade.

Proven Performance You Can Review

To help you make informed decisions, our product page features the manufacturer’s demonstration video alongside two comprehensive test reports.

In official testing, the Azuma specimen successfully achieved a 600 Pa water-penetration resistance rating. Furthermore, it withstood both positive and negative ultimate test pressures of 8,000 Pa. For instance, in a separate acoustic test, the CSIRO specimen achieved an impressive Rw 30 rating with its blades closed.

However, please note that these results reflect individual tested specimens rather than a combined rating for every Paraflow window configuration. In fact, the Azuma report also records an air-infiltration failure against its stated classifications. Therefore, final suitability will always depend on your chosen glass specifications, overall dimensions, window assembly, and specific project demands.
