Project Name : DK Residence

Project description :
This luxurious residential project in Sierramas redefines modern elegance and innovative craftsmanship. At its core is an impressive 7.3-meter-tall aluminum pivot glass door, featuring premium fittings imported from Holland, designed to support up to 500 kg per panel. The door consists of 8 panels, each weighing up to 380 kg, seamlessly combining cutting-edge functionality with sophistication. The project also showcases a range of customized aluminum products, such as customized aluminum louver screens in fixed, sliding, and pivot configurations, along with customized welded aluminum louver ceilings and custom welded aluminum louver fencing. All these elements come in different powder-coated woodgrain finishes and are meticulously crafted with excellent welding and invisible screws/joints, enhancing the clean, seamless aesthetic. Additionally, The 7.3-meter pivot door has been nominated as one of the top five nominees for the Best Pivot Door Contest 2024 by FritsJurgens under the Specialty Application category, out of 126 contestants. Every detail of the project reflects exceptional craftsmanship, making the DK Residence a true testament to innovation, luxury, and artistry, setting a new benchmark for architectural excellence in Malaysia.

The 3 Juxta houses in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, is an award-winning project that was recognized on 7th July 2024 for its impressive aluminum glass door that was recognized by the Malaysia Book of Record as the Tallest Aluminium Frame Sliding Glass Door (6 meters tall x 7.55 meter wide ) and the Tallest Aluminium Frame Pivot Glass Door (6 meters tall x 9.35 meter wide ). This project showcases a wide range of innovative, customized aluminum products, such as a custom-designed aluminum pivot glass door featuring the company’s own R&D aluminium profile, customized aluminum window pods that complement the architectural design, and a highly functional customized aluminum lift & slide door capable of supporting up to 400kg. This prestigious project was also honored with the PAM Award Silver 2024.
