The luxurious residential project in Sierramas showcases modern elegance and innovative craftsmanship, anchored by a stunning 7.3-meter-tall aluminum pivot glass door that redefines architectural excellence. At its core is the company’s proprietary R&D aluminum profile, designed with up to 5.0mm thickness and tailored to accommodate robust 75mm fittings. This customized aluminium profile is the result of six months of intensive research and development, seamlessly integrates form and function. A defining feature is the real wood handle, flawlessly incorporated into the sleek aluminum frame with concealed screws for a refined aesthetic. Precision-engineered lock and gasket systems ensure optimal tightness, durability, and functionality .Honored as one of the top five nominees in the prestigious Best Pivot Door Contest 2024 by FritsJurgens under the Specialty Application category—selected from 126 global contestants—this masterpiece exemplifies exceptional design and engineering. Engineered with premium fittings imported from Holland, the door supports up to 500 kg per panel, with its eight meticulously crafted panels weighing up to 380 kg each. These innovations, combined with meticulous craftsmanship, establish the pivot door as a harmonious fusion of sophistication and advanced design, setting a new benchmark for luxury and innovation in Malaysia.

The 3 Juxta houses in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, is an award-winning project that was recognized on 7th July 2024 for its impressive aluminum glass door that was recognized by the Malaysia Book of Record as the Tallest Aluminium Frame Sliding Glass Door (6 meters tall x 7.55 meter wide ) and the Tallest Aluminium Frame Pivot Glass Door (6 meters tall x 9.35 meter wide ). This project showcases a wide range of innovative, customized aluminum products, such as a custom-designed aluminum pivot glass door featuring the company’s own R&D aluminium profile, customized aluminum window pods that complement the architectural design, and a highly functional customized aluminum lift & slide door capable of supporting up to 400kg. This prestigious project was also honored with the PAM Award Silver 2024.

The Box House exemplifies a contemporary architectural language defined by transparency, lightness, and spatial fluidity. Full-height folding glass doors on all four sides of the living spaces dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, establishing a seamless connection to the surrounding environment. Its distinctive form—comprising cantilevered, stacked volumes—is accentuated by full-width and full-height glazing that extends living spaces toward expansive balconies. Strategically oriented to capture unobstructed panoramic views of the Batu Caves, the design leverages its natural context to create a visually immersive experience. The use of glass staircases and transparent floor panels enhances vertical connectivity while introducing layers of light and translucency throughout the interior. Together, these elements create an atmosphere that is open, luminous, and uplifting. The Box House reimagines tropical residential living by merging structure and landscape, redefining the dwelling as a fluid, contextually sensitive space that blurs traditional architectural boundaries.
